  • Designed and built a highly scalable, fully automated staff rostering solution, intelligently balancing multiple constraints: variable locations, shifts, personnel qualifications, and work-loads (proprietary);
  • Analyzed global application requirements and delivered final MS-SQL model for new logistics software (International Federation of the Red Cross);
