Working with us is very straightforward. Our preferred practices and policies are below. If something doesn't seem to work for your situation, we are definitely reasonable and love to find partnering solutions. Please drop us a line to let us know 🔒
Depending on your location and the location of the services we deliver, we might work through different business entities for multinational tax compliance.We no longer offer services at an hourly rate. Every computing environment is unique.
You might also be flexible about your project’s scope and technical requirements. We can definitely help! If our proposed terms seem simple and straighforward, then we have done our job well.
We work best with stated deliverables, or demonstratable outcomes (documented by metrics if possible), and agreed acceptance criteria. We’ll help to put all of these in writing for your project, including an estimated delivery schedule. As part of our proposal, we’ll work with you to provide a non-technical “requirements definition” document.
We require a verified prepayment in order to begin work, and we suggest that you leave a credit card on file with us. Our practices and systems are PCI-compliant.
Prior to each new project stage or deliverable, we secure your agreed payment (e.g., by validating the amount against your credit card). We do not charge the card until we perform our services and/or deliver your equipment as agreed.
I need some form of electronic text-based communication as your authorization to proceed with the proposed services. This may be a simple email or text message (352-505-7885), “please proceed as you proposed.” You can also use the Web form or collaboration features available on this site…TBD
